It is our policy to have a credit card on file when booking. This card on file will not be charged unless it is necessary per the policies below. The system I use will not even show me the card number in full so it is protected.
I get that life happens! I get that people get busy, sick, or that emergencies come up, or maybe even forget. PLEASE understand that this is my livelihood and not just a hobby (even though I love it).
With all that said, I have a 48-hour cancellation policy. IF you need to cancel within that window you either need to reschedule to a different day OR I will have to charge a $50 fee to the card on file.
If you do not show up to your appointment, and did not let me know about it (see cancellation policy above), I reserve the right to charge 100% of the total value of your service to the card on file.
All of my appointments take time. If you are late please let me know as soon as you can. My books regularly get full and if you are more than 15 minutes late I may have to reschedule you but this will be on a case by case basis. A partial charge may be made to the card on file.
No refunds! I use my products and my time to get your skin care goals/needs met. If we cannot come to an agreement, you may get product in exchange for balance. This will be based on price of a one-time visit fee.
